CSS specifity
Test of the CSS specifity.
Two circles, one red, one blue have an initial XML presentation
attribute an a XML animation for stroke-width.
The presentation attribute is not overwritten by a CSS property,
because this is only for a parent g element.
An additive CSS animation is added.
Because the XML animation is added to the XML attribute and
the CSS animation with higher priority is added to the animated
XML attribute, it is not important, that the XML with additive replace
is behind the CSS animation in the source code.
The behaviour is simulated with two animations of other red and blue circles.
The result is no visible animation within the whole dur of 10s.
The red circles are always covered completely by the blue circles.
If something red gets visible, an error is occured.
