Elements form other namespaces like XHTML can be used to achieve some further substructure with a semantical meaning and an advanced presentation for the audience.

The metadata element may be used to provide structured metadata about the image itself or fragments of the image, typically using elements from another namespace like RDF and the Dublin Core as in this sample.
